With 8+ years of solar industry experience, he has led Deltasun to execute over 20 MW of solar projects across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. An MBA in Marketing with CA academic background, he combines financial acumen with marketing insight to deliver ROI-focused energy solutions. Known for his ethical approach and technical excellence, Swapnil is committed to positioning Deltasun among Maharashtra’s top 10 EPC companies in the next decade. Mr. Vikram Gaidhane is government-registered electrical contractor (Lic. No. MC-22464, MS-42825) with 20+ years of trusted service in electrical installation and contracting. His firm specializes in design, drawing, HT/LT line work, licensing, and technical sanctions. They handle high-voltage substations, transformer erection, and complete project execution including civil works. With experience across commercial, industrial, and residential projects, the team ensures precision and reliability. Mr. Sudhir Budhay is the Founder Director & MD of Business Algorithms P. Ltd (1988), diversified in Solar power business since 2012. He is a BEE-certified Energy Manager and solar expert, who has trained at SMA Solar Academy, GERMI, TERI, and NISE. He has actively contributed to Maharashtra’s solar regulations, filing multiple PILs and serving on MERC committees for net metering and policy improvement.
